Today, Shandong oxygen cylinder manufacturers will talk to you about the inspection cycle of common gas cylinders.

1. Used in the inspection cycle, the inspection cycle of various gas cylinders:

1.1 Steel seamless gas cylinders: Cylinders containing corrosive gases, diving cylinders, and cylinders that are often in contact with seawater are inspected every 2 years; cylinders containing general gases are inspected every 3 years; for inert gases The gas cylinders are inspected every 5 years. Cylinders with a service life of more than 30 years will not be inspected after registration and shall be treated as scrap.

Two, advance inspection

During use, if one of the following conditions is found in the gas cylinder, regular inspections should be carried out in advance:

2.1 Serious corrosion, damage or doubts about its safety and reliability;

2.2 Inventory or use after being out of service for more than one inspection period;

2.3 The motor vehicle is put into service after a traffic accident that may affect the safe use of vehicle gas cylinders;

2.4 The winding layer of the wound cylinder is seriously damaged;

2.5 The gas cylinder inspection standards stipulate other conditions that require regular inspections in advance and the inspection personnel (or filling personnel) deem it necessary to conduct inspections in advance.

All gas cylinders in our country have use restrictions. After expiration, regardless of whether they are used or in good condition, they must be scrapped compulsorily.
